New Braunfels RV Repair is a brand operated by Growth BLDR, LLC, a referral service. We connect customers with independent local RV service professionals. We do not perform repairs. This policy explains how Growth BLDR, LLC handles information you provide through this website.

The website does not require an account and does not collect payment information.

We use your information to connect you with independent local service professionals, to respond to your request, to follow up, and to improve the site.

How we share it

When you submit a request or authorize contact, we share the information you provide with one or more independent local service professionals so they can contact you and quote your job. Those providers are separate businesses. They use your information under their own privacy practices, which we do not control. We may also share information with vendors that help us operate the site, such as hosting, form and CRM, analytics, and call-tracking providers. We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing your information with providers so they can contact you may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state privacy laws; you can opt out as described below.

We may need to verify your identity first. If we decline your request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our decision or contacting us again. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We retain request and contact information as needed for business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes, then delete or de-identify it.
